The Move Training Series begins with a free starter phase Move Foundation that introduces you to the foundational movements and principles of the program.

This is essential for learning form, control, and confidence before progressing into the main training plan.

Equipment options: 

  1. Minimal Equipment: Bodyweight, dumbbells, bench, resistance bands.
  2. Full Gym: Strength machines, barbells, dumbbells, cable machine, bench, etc.

Move Conditioning

This phase develops stamina, coordination, and control across key movement patterns like hip/knee dominant, pushing, pulling, and core stability. You’ll improve endurance and mobility while training your body to move safely and efficiently.

Move Growth

In this phase, the focus shifts to building lean muscle while reinforcing quality movement patterns. You’ll increase volume and intensity through controlled progressions, developing strength in both upper and lower body mechanics.

Move Strength

This phase emphasizes lifting heavier and moving with greater control across compound and stability-based patterns. You’ll build real-world strength through hip hinge, squat, push, pull, and core anti-movement progressions.
